I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car (on my own for the first time), and with little experience in cars or the process, I cannot express enough how incredible the experience was thanks to Gerry and the team at Hawkesbury Hyundai(christine, Mark, George).
From the moment I first called, I was greeted by Gerry politely, was very warm, understanding plus receptive to all my questions. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences without being pushy. When unsure, he was honest and took advise from Mark, his manager. It was clear that their goal was to help me buy the right vehicle knowing my 20 year old was going to drive it.
Coming from an experience where I walked in another dealership for an hour without anyone noticing me; and another when the sales person just didn't take me seriously for the car I was looking at.
So What truly set the experience with Hawkesbury Hyundai was how Gerry and everyone else went above and beyond to ensure I was getting a good safe car. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable by finding the extended warranty even though it meant a lot of extra effort on their part. This kind of dedication and thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. Same with adding the tires with rims.....I did not even know that was something to ask for, but they did on their own.
The entire process was smooth, and I felt supported every step of the way.. ...made my first solo car-buying experience a breeze, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Hawkesbury Hyundai.
